Rice Krispie and Cannabis Squares

This one is an oldie but a goodie. You cannot go wrong with an ooey-gooey Rice Krispie Square infused with a little THC. If you know how to make the original recipe, you can quickly adapt it as a medible. This recipe is a mellow one, with a relatively low measure of cannabutter. Enjoy one square or three, and there is little risk of overdoing it. As a bonus, Rice Krispie and Cannabis Squares freeze well!
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Cannabutter
- 1 package Regular marshmallows (10oz, about 40)
- 6 cups Rice Krispies

- Large microwave-safe bowl
- 9 x 13 baking pan
- Spatula
- Pam or wax paper
Directions
- Prepare a baking pan with Pam cooking spray, or line with wax paper.
- Add cannabutter and marshmallows into a microwave-safe bowl—microwave on high at one-minute intervals, mixing well in between. Continue until completely melted and smooth.
- Add Rice Krispies to the marshmallow mixture. Using a spatula, stir until evenly coated.
- Spread evenly across the baking pan, using a buttered spatula or a piece of wax paper to smooth.
- Allow to set up for 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
- Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
