Classic Magic Brownies

Magic Brownies are the quintessential marijuana edible. Although you may have dabbled with baking weed brownies before, we can guarantee they weren’t as densely-chocolatey as this batch. If you make nothing else in this dessert section, at the very least, whip up a batch of Classic Magic brownies. They freeze well, which means you can stock up now for when you need them later.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups White sugar
- 3/4 cup All-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup Cocoa powder, sifted
- 1/2 cup Powdered sugar, sifted
- 1/2 cup Dark chocolate chips
- 3/4 tsp sea salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup Cannabis Infused Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Equipment
- 8x8 Square baking pan
- Pam
- Parchment paper
- 2 medium mixing bowls
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Spray a baking pan with Pam and line with parchment paper.
- Combine all dry ingredients, except chocolate chips, in a medium bowl. Whisk to combine.
- In another medium bowl mix together all wet ingredients. Whisk to combine.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture, folding in gently with a spatula until just combined. Do not over mix.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spread batter into prepared pan, using a spatula to spread evenly and get into the corners.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean (or a few crumbs)
- Cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
