The Ultimate Cannabis Chocolate Chip Cookies

These aren’t just the best cannabis-infused Chocolate Chip Cookies. These are the world’s best chocolate chip cookies — period. They are everything you are looking for in a cookie: soft, chewy, crispy around the edges, and packed with a healthy dose of marijuana. Based on our experience, you will find it difficult only to eat one.
Ingredients
- 1½ cups All-purpose flour
- 1¼ tsp Kosher salt
- ¾ tsp (4 g) baking soda
- ¾ cup Cannabutter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- ¼ cup white sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 large egg yolks
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 oz. (170 g) bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped

- 2 Baking sheets
- Parchment paper
- Ice cream scoop
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°.
- Line baking sheets with parchment paper
- Whisk together flour, kosher salt, and baking soda in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Melt Cannabutter in the microwave, at 15-second increments, until melted but not browned. Allow to cool slightly, about 5 minutes.
- Add white and brown sugar to melted Cannabutter. Stir until incorporated and no lumps remain.
- Add in eggs, all egg yolks, and vanilla. Using a whisk, mix until sugar dissolves.
- Use a spatula to mix in prepared dry ingredients. Gently fold into the wet mixture until no dry spots remain. Do not over mix.
- Fold in chocolate.
- Using an ice cream scoop or spoon, measure out 3 tbsp portions of cookie dough. You should get about 16 balls. Place eight portions on each baking sheet.
- Bake cookies for eight to ten minutes, rotating baking sheets halfway through. Cookies should be golden brown.
- Let cookies cool on baking sheets before serving.
