Picture this: a cold winter day, a roaring fire, and your hands clasped around a piping hot cup of cannabis-infused coco. This is exactly what every blustery winter day should look like. This recipe is readily doubled or tripled to share among friends and is easily made vegan with non-dairy milk.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Milk (Non-dairy options also work)
- 4 oz Bittersweet chocolate
- 1 tbsp Infused coconut oil
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 dash Cinnamon powder
Equipment
- Blender
- Medium pot
Directions
- Combine milk, chocolate, and Infused coconut oil in a medium pot over medium heat.
- Stir until completely melted and well combined.
- Pour mixture into a blender, blend on high for 30 to 45 seconds until frothy.
- Pour into a large mug, add maple syrup and vanilla. Stir to combine.
- Top with a dash of cinnamon powder to serve.
