What is Signature Required?
Signature required is an optional service that we can add to your parcel at no extra cost.
With Signature Required:
If nobody is home during delivery, the postman will leave a card for you to pick up your package, at the closest post office.
Without Signature Required:
If there is no one available when your package is delivered, the postman may, “safe-drop” the package. This means, the postman may leave the package at your door unattended. This will put your package at risk of any mail theft. Please also be aware that the postman may leave a card for you to pick up the package at your closest post office.
We do highly recommend signatures upon delivery as this adds a layer of security and safety.
Who can sign and pick up my parcel?
At your address: Anyone living at your address can sign for the parcel.
At the post office: Anyone with valid ID showing your address can pick up the parcel.
