Double Magic Cookie Bars are a highly adaptable treat and work with just about anything you have stashed in your baking cupboard. Don’t have walnuts? Use any other nut you have on hand. Don’t have coconut? Try hemp seeds or pumpkin seeds. Anything goes with this super-sweet cannabis edible.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Cannabutter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 14 oz Sweetened condensed milk
Suggested Toppings
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate morsels
- 1 1/3 cups Flaked coconut
- 1 cup Chopped nuts or seeds
- ½ cup Skor bits
- ¼ cup Hemp seeds
Equipment
- 9x13 baking pan
- Parchment paper
- Medium bowl
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper, with edges hanging over the sides.
- Combine cannabutter and graham cracker crumbs in a bowl. Mix well.
- Firmly press graham cracker mixture into the prepared pan. Use your hands to spread evenly across the bottom and into corners.
- Pour the entire can of sweetened condensed milk across the graham cracker layer. Use a spatula to spread evenly from edge to edge.
- Sprinkle chosen toppings evenly over the surface. Lightly press down if needed.
- Bake until golden brown around the edges, about 25 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 30 minutes before serving.
