When all else fails, make this Canna-Popcorn recipe. It’s straightforward enough that even the most basic home-chef can master it. Canna-Popcorn requires only a microwave, a handful of spices, and a previously prepared cannabis infusion. Either Cannabutter or Infused Olive Oil will work. And, if you find the earthy flavor cannabis infusion unappealing, it’s deliciously smothered by the ranch popcorn seasoning.
Ingredients
- 1 bag plain microwave popcorn
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon dried dill weed
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- ¼ cup Cannabutter (melted) or Infused Olive Oil
- Salt to season
Equipment
- Microwave
- Bowl
Directions
- Combine all spices and nutritional yeast together in a small bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Using a microwave or stovetop, melt butter if using. This step is unneeded for the Infused Olive Oil.
- Microwave the bag of popcorn following the package instructions.
- Pour butter or olive oil over the popcorn. Toss to coat.
- Sprinkle on ranch seasoning to taste.
